• Discord account information: When you log in with Discord, your username, user ID, and avatar image are securely retrieved via Discord OAuth2.
• Server (guild) data: In servers where the bot is added, channel, role, and member lists are read for moderation and log mechanisms to function.
• Moderation logs: Message contents are analyzed for instant control of AutoMod, Anti-Raid, and audit systems; rule violations are recorded in the server log channel.
• Support tickets (Ticket): Conversation transcripts of support requests opened via the ticket system are encrypted and archived for audit purposes.
• Local preferences: Session status and theme preferences are stored in your browser using localStorage; they are not transmitted to third parties.

2. Usage Purposes

• Protecting your server 24/7 against spam, raid, nuke, and malicious content.
• Allowing you to manage and monitor your server settings via the web panel.
• Running community features like ticket and welcome automation seamlessly.
• Monitor system infrastructure performance and bot response times.

3. Third-Party Services

A portion of your data is processed by the following infrastructure providers to ensure the service is provided securely:

• Discord API: Discord infrastructure is used for identity verification (OAuth2) and bot interactions.
• Secure Hosting: Our server infrastructure is hosted in enterprise data centers that provide encrypted data transmission.

Your data is under no circumstances sold for advertising purposes or shared with third parties.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

Our website and management panel use your browser's local storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. These are not third-party cookies for tracking purposes.

5. Data Retention Period

Moderation and event logs are stored for a reasonable period of time for service purposes. Your data is securely cleared when you remove the bot from your server or request deletion.
